Ergo Luxury Fill

This luxury loose fill is a combination of uniformly chopped foam chips mixed with 50% polyester fibre. This gives a high level of resilience and comfort and is perfect for seats, backs, and other applications.

Moulded Foam is particularly suitable for high volume applications where complex shapes are required. We have professional high performance pattern making facilities available, capable of manufacturing precision moulds to your specific requirements.

Chemical mixing is controlled by a modern system which monitors each batch prior to integration to ensure consistency and all batches are stringently tested for quality.

Polyester Fibre - Tetron

Bonded polyester fibre is a low melt flame retardant wadding. It is manufactured in different weights measured in grams per square metre. Polyester fibre is use in the furniture and upholstery industry as a wrap around foam cushions, to give extra softness and a more rounded appearance. It also ensures that the foam won't wear against the back of the fabric.

EVA Closed Cell Foam

Eva Closed Cell Foam is a light weight waterproof foam perfect for use in the marine, automotive, packing, sports, and building industries. This foam has a 45kg/m3 density and is a top quality New Zealand Made product.

Additional Information

Any of the above polyurethane foam grades are able to be supplied as sheets or cut pieces. Varying thicknesses are available. Minimum quantities may apply to some grades of cut foam.

Explanation of Density and Hardness as Featured Above:

  • Density is the measure of weight by volume.
  • Hardness is the measure of the force required to compress polyurethane foam.
